La Azul winery.

The dream of the generations of the Hinojosa family came true in 2003 when they created La Azul winery.

Over time, and as a result of experience and tradition, they created different wine lines. One of them is its line of young and fresh varietals without wood (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc) and the other, a line of aromas and tannins more intense, Reserva line, aged from twelve to fifteen months in French and American oak (Blue Reserve). Finally there are its iconic wines, Azul Gran Reserva, with two years of aging in oak, cut from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon; and Azul Gran Syrah.
