We invite you to an exciting journey that fuses the thrill of adventure, the sophistication of wine tasting and the richness of art. For 5 days, you will experience the effervescent art and exceptional design of three renowned wineries in the Uco Valley. In addition, you will enjoy an authentic Creole horseback ride and a picturesque tour that unites art, wine and gastronomy in the charming corners of Mendoza.
Day 1 – Welcome to Mendoza
Arrival in Mendoza. We will meet you at the bus station or airport and transfer you to your selected hotel, this day will be free to rest from the trip and prepare for what lies ahead!
Day 2 – Winery Architecture: Modern Designs and Exceptional Classics
Winery architecture has become an essential attribute in the winemaking world. They have evolved beyond simple winemaking spaces, becoming architectural gems and sensory experiences. On your second day we invite you to explore iconic wineries in the renowned Uco Valley, where the fusion between architecture and environment is distinctive. We will detail their construction styles, explore cellars with fascinating histories and art galleries with exclusive works. In addition, we will appreciate the design of xerophilic gardens with native plants to preserve the environment. During each visit, we will taste unique varietals, concluding this tour with an exceptional lunch.
Day 3 – Creole Horseback Riding in Estancia San Ignacio
On this day, we will enjoy a peaceful horseback ride in a unique natural environment, a few kilometers from the city. The Estancia Andina San Ignacio is a place that perfectly harmonizes the imposing mountains with the proximity to the city. After a fun walk through the surroundings, the horses will be ready to explore every corner of the ranch. During the ride, we will be able to spot various species of native fauna, such as black eagles, condors and foxes, and we will get to know the varied native flora of the place. At noon, we will return to the ranch to enjoy a delicious regional lunch in the open air.
Day 4 – The Art Road: art, wine and gastronomy in Mendoza
On the fourth day of the trip, inspiration, wine and gastronomy converge in an exclusive experience. We will meet face to face with local painters and sculptors, who will share their works and open the doors of their workshops in the city’s neighborhoods. Accompanied by a specialized guide, we will visit a workshop to observe the different working methods in different disciplines and appreciate original works of outstanding local artists. In addition, we will enrich this tour with a fascinating walk through the city, where we will learn about the rich artistic history of Mendoza, its movements, influences and most prominent authors.
Finally, we will go to an outstanding restaurant where art goes hand in hand with wine. There we will enjoy a gourmet lunch paired with excellent varietals to toast to an unforgettable day.
Day 5 – Free Day and Departure from Mendoza
Your last day will be free to enjoy the city at your leisure. If you prefer, we can add another wine or adventure excursion to make the most of your unforgettable trip. At the time of your flight or bus, we will take you to the airport or bus terminal in Mendoza.

Essential items
We suggest you to bring these items for personal use to make your excursion perfect:
– Small backpack.
– Extra mineral water.
– Personal care items (lip balm with sunscreen, sunscreen SPF50, antibacterial gel/wipes, insect repellent).
– Special clothing: cap or hat, sunglasses, comfortable and warm clothing (fleece/sweater, windbreaker), footwear appropriate for the activity.
Note: The best clothing for mountain activities is wool or synthetic materials in layers, as they dry quickly and keep warmth better. We suggest a base layer, then an intermediate layer, such as a light fleece coat or similar, and then a windproof and waterproof layer.
