At first, aromas and flavors will arrive to you immediately. After that, you will appreciate how the architecture and all elements used to make the wines create a unique and magical environment. When the sunlight disappears the dim lights of the cellars are turned on to convert a cellar into a very special place.

Accompanied by specialized hosts, we will visit two different wineries of international renown. Once we arrive, we will go over the facilities to observe different kinds of elaboration methods. After learning how to taste a good wine we will be delighted with a wine pairing dinner.

Day 2 – Cooking Classes & Lunch at a Winery

On this experience you can be part of a great cooking class at one of the best known wineries of the region. We will be guided by a friendly and knowledgeable chef, who will show us different gastronomical techniques used in our province, as well as local ingredients. For about 2 to 3 hours we will learn the most genuine Argentinean tastes while cooking. The wine pairing with different varietals is a must of this tour. By the end of the class we will enjoy great  lunch made with all that we cooked!

Day 3 – The World of Olive Oil in Mendoza

Maipú was the first olive oil and winemaking zone in Mendoza. There, centenary vineyards, fruit and olive plantations are part of the natural scenery of this region. Also, flanked by the highest mounts of America, we get into the olives road.

Led by the best guides we’ll visit world-class olive oil factories. At first, walking around their facilities you will experience different ways of olive oil making and their gastronomic offer. Then, we’ll learn the steps to taste olive oil coming from different varieties of olive trees. On this olive oil experience, you will savour a regional lunch with the best local wine matches.

Day 4 – Leave Mendoza. End of the Wine and Gourmet tour.
