Mendoza family vacation planning. What can I do with children from 0 to 5 years old in my Mendoza trip? I’m sure this is a question that you asked yourself before. However we created this itinerary to answer it. This itinerary combines a pool of things to do with your kids. Also, you’ll be able to visit unique vineyards and enjoy a Mendoza wine tour as well. 

Family vacation Mendoza – 4 Days – 0 to 5 yo

Day 1 – Welcome Mendoza. 

Arrive to Mendoza, reception at the bus station or airport and transfer to the selected hotel.

Full day at a local farm in Mendoza – Maipu

On this tour, we invite you to spend a nice getaway in a beautiful and quiet farm, where you’ll be able to experience the joy of sharing in a natural environment with your family. This educative trip will also connect you with the Argentine traditions coming from the old times. This space offers a very didactic and enjoyable way for children to learn about our roots in a recreational way, see the animals of the farm and enjoy the open green spaces. Don Pepe Farm is a family business, run by Don Pepe, his wife and their children. Therefore, the place is personally attended, making guests feel like friends, providing them with everything you could need to spend a very special day. Day 2 – Winery visits and cooking class – kids included! – Luján de Cuyo

This region, cradle of the Viticulture and Malbec in Argentina is one of the most important oasis nearby the foothills of the Andes. Totally irrigated by ancient canals, this valley is plenty of wineries between the country houses, tree lined streets and wide vineyards along the Wine Roads. Then, we will visit two different wineries in which your kids will be included. At each place they will have different activities to do while adults can enjoy tasting great wines. Walking around the cellars and vineyards we will learn about the wine making process as well as step by step how to taste a good wine. Finally, we will enjoy a gourmet lunch matched by the best wines of the region surrounded by a beautiful environment and the best views of the Andes.

Day 3 – Highlights of Art & Gastronomy in Mendoza

In the morning, our local guide will pick you up from the hotel to visit a very special atelier in Mendoza. Here, a local artist will receive us. Not only we’ll learn about the beginnings of Art in Mendoza, but also they will tell us how they inspire to create unique works of painting, ceramics or sculpture. We will learn some of their secrets as well as techniques and of course, we will have the chance to take a brush and get down to work. After the activity we’ll be ready for lunch. We head towards to Luján de Cuyo Region where we will visit “El Fogón” Restaurant of Lagarde Winery, with a delicious regional lunch paired with the best wines.

Day 4 – Leave Mendoza. End of the Family vacation Mendoza trip.
