Bodega La Azul is a small but passionate winery located in the Uco Valley, at the foot of the majestic Cordón del Plata. Its history goes back generations, when the Hinojosa family started growing grapes in these lands more than 60 years ago, but it was in 2003 that this legacy materialized in the founding of the winery.
With a capacity of 120,000 liters in stainless steel tanks, it focuses on creating wines of different lines, from young varietals without wood to Reservas and Gran Reservas, which are aged in French and American oak barrels.
La Azul’s passion is as much about making wine as it is about sharing and celebrating it, inviting visitors to explore its facilities, enjoy meals at its restaurant, stay at its Guest House and taste its wines while contemplating the imposing Cordón del Plata.
