Domaine Bousquet is an outstanding winery founded in 1997 by the Bousquet family, originally from France, in the Gualtallary area, known for its altitude and soils conducive to growing quality grapes.
It stands out for its focus on sustainability, following organic and biodynamic farming practices, and grows grape varieties such as Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, which are used to produce a wide range of red and white wines.
These crops, with an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level, become one of the highest vineyards in the province and distinguish its wines for their quality and authenticity, reflecting the unique character of Mendoza.
