You can make your tours selection, add them to cart and sign up at the end of the process or sign up first to start booking. Either way, your user and password will be useful to have a control of your bookings and see the status, from request to confirmation. Also, you will be able to print your vouchers and itinerary straight from your private profile, in downloads section.
In order to make the Payment process clear, simple and secure, we have decided to only receive payments by PalPal service. You will be able to login into your PayPal account or pay with your credit card if you don’t have a current active account yet.
From Cart you’ll see all the selected products. You’ll be able to edit, add or delete services straight from this section. Then, when you Checkout and pay, we’ll receive your payment inmediately and you’ll find in your Private profile all your bookings listed plus the status of each service “On Hold”.
Once we are noticed, we’ll process your bookings. You will receive an email with the confirmation and immediately the status will change to “Confirmed” This may take 24hs. Once you have this confirmation. You will get an email that will include the schedule of every service plus the vouchers required for each tour
All our tours start and end either in Mendoza city, or Chacras de Coria. Puck up is included from your hotel. The time will be shown in your voucher and scheduled itinerary.
IMPORTANT: Be aware that other regions as Maipu or Uco Valley may cause extra costs for transportation.
If you have doubts, you can use the WhatsApp tool. Send us a message, with your questions and someone from the office will answer as soon as possible. This won’t be an automatic response, so feel free to either send audio or text messages in English, Spanish or Portuguese
We are an authorized tour operator located in Mendoza. Our legal code provided by the Ministry of Tourism in Argentina is 14434, 241/2010. We are also members of Destino Argentina, Amavyt and registered in Emetur, Mendoza.
